A licensed Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Edgeston combines extensive clinical expertise with executive leadership experience. His multidisciplinary background enables him to bridge high-quality clinical care with operational excellence and organizational innovation.

Megan Caroland is a Behavioralist and Adult Cannabis Wellness Support Clinician with Mecartea & Associates PLLC’s The New View Behavioral Health Program. Her work centers on compassionate, person-centered behavioral support, advocacy, education, and coordinated care for individuals and families navigating complex behavioral health, developmental disability, and community-based systems.

Megan provides individualized behavioral health support to individuals with General Mental Health (GMH), Serious Mental Illness (SMI), High Needs, Developmental Disabilities (DDD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and co-occurring behavioral and developmental needs. Her approach focuses on understanding the whole person, identifying barriers to stability and wellness, and creating practical strategies that support safety, independence, quality of life, and successful community functioning.

Her behavioral services include behavioral health and functional behavioral assessments, individualized treatment planning, Behavioral Treatment Plans, Behavior Support Plans, Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSP), person-centered service planning, skill building, crisis prevention and de-escalation, data collection and progress monitoring, and coordinated care across systems. His responsibilities include community administration, member engagement, moderation, group organization, communication support, resource sharing, and helping members navigate community guidelines and available supports.

As a Community Engagement Specialist, Sean focuses on creating an environment where people feel comfortable participating, asking questions, sharing experiences, and connecting with others. He works to encourage constructive dialogue while maintaining clear boundaries around respectful communication, privacy, safety, and appropriate community conduct.

His work centers on providing respectful, affirming, and person-centered behavioral health support to individuals exploring identity, navigating life transitions, managing emotional or behavioral health concerns, and seeking care that recognizes the full context of their lived experience.

Dr. O’Connell works with clients from diverse backgrounds and is committed to creating a therapeutic environment grounded in dignity, trust, autonomy, and informed decision-making. Within the New View Behavioral Health Program, he supports individuals who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, family or relationship concerns, identity-related distress, social challenges, adjustment difficulties, or other behavioral health needs.

As a Gender-Affirming Care Clinician, Dr. O’Connell provides supportive behavioral health services for transgender, nonbinary, gender-diverse, and questioning individuals. His approach recognizes that gender diversity itself is not a disorder and focuses instead on helping clients address the emotional, relational, social, and systemic concerns that may affect their well-being.

His work may include identity exploration, emotional support, coping and resilience development, family and relationship support, behavioral health assessment, treatment planning, and coordination with other professionals when appropriate. Seveh’s work focuses on helping members navigate complex behavioral health, medical, social service, and community systems through coordinated, person-centered care. His approach recognizes that meaningful stability often depends on more than one service alone, and he works to connect members with the supports, providers, resources, and community services necessary to improve overall functioning and quality of life.

Through intensive integrated case management, Seveh assists members with care coordination, service planning, resource navigation, behavioral health support, appointment coordination, benefits and entitlement navigation, housing-related needs, transportation resources, community referrals, and communication among providers and support systems. He works to reduce barriers to care while helping members remain actively involved in decisions affecting their treatment and daily lives.

Jimmy Bostwick serves as a Certified Administrative Paraprofessional  with Mecartea & Associates PLLC, focusing on disability rights, accessibility, reasonable accommodations, behavioral health advocacy, and the protection of individuals’ rights within healthcare, housing, community, and public-service systems.

Jimmy’s work is centered on helping individuals with disabilities understand and exercise their rights while navigating systems that can often be complex or difficult to access. He provides administrative advocacy and support related to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), reasonable accommodations, disability rights, behavioral health law, and fair housing protections.

ADA, Accessibility & Reasonable Accommodations

A significant part of Jimmy’s role involves advocating for accessibility and appropriate reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities. He assists with identifying potential accessibility barriers, communicating accommodation needs, supporting requests for reasonable modifications, and helping individuals understand processes related to disability-based protections.
