She has developed specialized knowledge in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and fair housing advocacy, allowing her to support individuals facing discrimination, accessibility barriers, and housing-related challenges. She has been actively involved with the Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) and regularly participates in state and community events, including town halls and public forums. Her strong presence and continued engagement within the disability community reflect her longstanding commitment to advocacy, inclusion, and empowerment. Sheldon is known for her dedication, leadership, and ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds. In her role, she assists with ensuring that the firm’s operations, documentation, and client service processes align with applicable local, state, and federal laws, ethical obligations, and professional standards, including safeguards designed to prevent the Unauthorized Practice of Law (UPL). With over four years of experience in contract drafting, compliance management, business law, and legal operations support, Ruchi contributes to the firm by assisting with legal research, contract preparation and redlining, compliance reviews, policy development, and the preparation of legal memoranda. She also supports attorneys with litigation preparation and case documentation while helping maintain internal procedures that promote regulatory compliance and ethical practice. As part of the firm’s compliance framework, Ruchi helps ensure that authorized representatives and non-attorney staff operate within clearly defined roles, supporting legal services while remaining in compliance with professional responsibility rules governing the practice of law Her international professional background includes legal support work involving clients and matters connected to the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, and India, where she has assisted with legal research, documentation, and contract review. Her work within the Mental and Behavioral Health Bureau focuses on assisting individuals in crisis, supporting families, and promoting access to appropriate behavioral health services and resources. Having firsthand experience with the Texas foster care and adoption system, Rebecca has a unique and personal perspective on the challenges children and families encounter. She has a solid foundation in child development and maintains a strong interest in human behavior, which she continues to study independently. Sukhwinder has experience working on legal matters at both domestic and international levels. Bringing nearly 14–16 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and other vulnerable populations. Her background in medical billing and coding enhances her ability to navigate complex healthcare systems, while her strong commitment to mental health and developmental advocacy drives her person-centered approach. Alongside her husband Shaun, a U.S. Army veteran with a background in behavioral health and nonprofit service, Ashley has dedicated over a decade to supporting the disability and mental health community, combining professional expertise with a deep personal commitment to improving quality of life.
